Procedures
1. Buyer submits CIS and Letter of Intent (LOI) with their Desk Coordinates. IMFPA will be drafted and returned for Buyer’s Signature.
2. NO POF is required. Proof-of-financial capability will be confirmed by the SELLER’s desk.
3. Seller counter signs the LOI and issues Corporate Invoice and Authorization to Verify (ATV).
4. After the AGREEMENT (Corporate Invoice) is counter signed by both parties, both parties will lodge the AGREEMENT with their respective banks/securities desks.
5. The Seller assigns the instrument to the Buyer through the custodial Bank, the Buyer confirms receipt.
6. Upon receipt and confirmation of Delivery of the Instrument, the transaction closes and settlement made within two (2) international banking days into Seller’s account by Swift MT103 (Wire Credit Transfer).
7. BUYER shall have sole ownership upon satisfying the payment terms.
8. SELLER shall retain the right to reclaim any unpaid bond delivered in whole or in part.
9. Further, The SELLER does hereby irrevocably confirm its full and complete authority to execute and enter into the reference Buy / Sell transactions for and on behalf of their respective companies with the BUYER and or its Affiliates with respect to “Transactions involving the Financial Assets referenced and that this was a material inducement for and/or its affiliates to enter into the BUYER referenced agreement, and the company and or its affiliates, would not have entered into said Agreement but for the representation and warranty set forth herein”.
